PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.
By using the WillOnline.com website (the "Site"), operated by Digvel Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In these Terms, the words "you" and "your" refer to each customer, Site visitor, or user, and "Services" refers to all services provided by us.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If at any time you find these Terms unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or any of its Services. We may revise these Terms at any time without notice to you. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us through the Contact Us page.
YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE AND THE SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.
Please also refer to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
Nature of Services
WillOnline.com provides an online platform for self-help estate planning document preparation. The Site enables individuals who choose to prepare their own legal documents to do so through an automated software solution. The Services include a review of your answers for completeness, spelling, and for internal consistency of names, addresses, and the like. At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions, or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies, or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation.
WillOnline.com is not a law firm and may not perform services performed by an attorney. Our Services and our forms or templates are not a substitute for the advice or services of an attorney.
The Company strives to keep its legal documents accurate, current, and up-to-date. However, because the law changes rapidly, the Company cannot guarantee that all of the information on the Site is completely current. The law is different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and may be subject to interpretation by different courts. The law is a personal matter, and no general information or legal tool like the kind the Company provides can fit every circumstance. Furthermore, the legal information contained on the Site is not legal advice and is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up-to-date. Therefore, if you need legal advice for your specific problem, or if your specific problem is too complex to be addressed by our tools, you should consult a licensed attorney in your area.
This Site is not intended to create any attorney-client relationship, and your use of WillOnline.com does not and will not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Company. Instead, you are and will be representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake through our legal document preparation service.

All right, title, and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds, and images (the "Materials") are owned either by the Company or by our respective third-party authors, developers, or vendors ("Third Party Providers"). Except as otherwise expressly provided by the Company, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, or distributed in any way, and nothing on this Site shall be construed to confer any license under any of the Company's intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
3. Limited Permission to Download
The Company hereby grants you permission to download, view, copy, and print the Materials on any single, stand-alone computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use, provided that (i) where provided, the copyright notices appearing on any Materials not be altered or removed, (ii) the Materials are not used on any other website or in a networked computer environment, and (iii) the Materials are not modified in any way, except for authorized editing of downloadable forms for personal use. This permission terminates automatically without notice if you breach any of the terms or conditions of these Terms. On any such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials.
4. Links to Third-Party Sites
This Site may contain links to websites controlled by parties other than the Company (each a "Third Party Site"). The Company is not responsible for and does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the availability, contents, products, services, or use of any Third Party Site, any website accessed from a Third Party Site, or any changes or updates to such sites. The Company makes no guarantees about the content or quality of the products or services provided by such sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Company. You acknowledge that you bear all risks associated with access to and use of content provided on a Third Party Site and agree that the Company is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort you may incur from dealing with a third party.
5. Use of Legal Forms and Documents
On our Site, we offer self-help document preparation services for estate planning purposes. You understand that your purchase, download, and/or use of any document is neither legal advice nor the practice of law, and that each document and any applicable instructions or guidance is not customized to your particular needs beyond the information you provide through our questionnaires.
License to Use. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documents generated through our Services (the "Documents") for your own personal use. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or in any way exploit any of the Documents in any manner, except for modifications in filling out the Documents for your authorized use.
Resale Prohibited. By ordering Documents, you agree that the Documents you purchase may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold, distributed, or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.
6. Pricing and Fees

Platinum Service. The Company offers a premium service tier ("Platinum Service") that includes coordination of notarization and witness services, priority document processing, access to Smart Storage & Digital Vault features, twelve (12) months of platform access, and priority customer support. The Platinum Service is offered as an optional add-on at the time of purchase. Pricing for the Platinum Service is displayed at the time of offer and is subject to change.
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Taxes, if applicable, will be added at checkout. The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce new pricing tiers, packages, or promotional offers at any time. Any price change will not affect orders already completed at the time of the change.
7. Will Management Plan (Subscription)
The Company offers a recurring subscription service known as the "Will Management Plan" (the "Subscription") that provides ongoing access to the platform and its features. The Subscription is required for any interaction with your documents and account beyond the initial document generation, including but not limited to: viewing, editing, updating, and re-generating your estate planning documents; sharing documents with designated members; storing digital data, documents, and files in your Digital Vault; and adding and managing members who may access your documents and data according to rules you define.
Subscription Tiers. The Will Management Plan is available in the following tiers: Monthly - $29.99 per month (billed monthly); 1 Year - $179.99 per year (billed annually); 10 Years - $499 (one-time payment for ten years of access, equivalent to $49.90 per year); Lifetime - $999 (one-time payment for lifetime access). Subscription pricing is subject to change at the Company's discretion. Any price change will apply to new subscriptions and renewals occurring after the effective date of the change, and will not affect the current billing period of existing subscribers.
30-Day Free Trial. Upon completing your document package purchase and creating an account, you will receive full, unrestricted access to all platform features for a period of thirty (30) days at no additional charge (the "Trial Period"). During the Trial Period, you may use all Subscription features, including document editing, sharing, Digital Vault, and member management. At the end of the 30-day Trial Period, your payment method on file will be automatically charged $29.99 for a Monthly Subscription unless you cancel before the Trial Period expires. You will receive a reminder notification prior to the end of your Trial Period. If you cancel during the Trial Period, you will retain access to your generated documents in a view-only capacity but will lose access to Subscription features.
Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly at $29.99 per month, or annually at $179.99 per year for annual plans) at the then-current rate unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the renewal date. You authorize the Company (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for the applicable renewal fee. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of your Subscription and loss of access to Subscription features.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period. After that date, your account will be downgraded to view-only access, and you will lose access to editing, sharing, Digital Vault, and member management features. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the Subscription period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.
8. Third-Party Notarization Services
The Company may facilitate or coordinate notarization services on your behalf through independent, third-party notary publics ("Notarization Providers"). You acknowledge and agree that the Company is not a notarization service provider and does not itself perform notarization. The Company acts solely as an intermediary in connecting you with Notarization Providers for the purpose of having your documents notarized.
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, timeliness, availability, or legal sufficiency of the notarization services provided by any third-party Notarization Provider. The Company shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or failures on the part of any Notarization Provider, nor for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the notarization of your documents by a third party. Fees paid for notarization services are paid to or on behalf of the Notarization Provider and are non-refundable by the Company.
Your relationship with any Notarization Provider is a separate and independent contractual relationship. Any disputes, claims, or complaints arising from the notarization services shall be resolved directly between you and the Notarization Provider. The Company expressly disclaims all responsibility for the acts or omissions of any Notarization Provider.
9. Communications
By creating an account or providing your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from the Company, including but not limited to: emails related to your account, documents, and service updates; transactional emails such as order confirmations, document generation notifications, and payment receipts; promotional and marketing communications, including information about new features, special offers, and estate planning resources; and telephone calls or text messages to the phone number you provide, which may include service-related notifications, reminders, and follow-up communications.
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us through the Contact Us page. Please note that opting out of promotional communications will not affect your receipt of transactional or service-related communications, which are necessary for the administration of your account. By providing your telephone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and/or text messages from the Company or its agents, including for marketing purposes. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may revoke your consent to receive calls or text messages at any time by contacting us through the Contact Us page.
10. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT REQUIRES YOU AND THE COMPANY TO ARBITRATE CERTAIN DISPUTES AND CLAIMS AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH WE CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM EACH OTHER. NO CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS OR ARBITRATIONS ARE ALLOWED UNDER THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. IN ADDITION, ARBITRATION PRECLUDES YOU AND THE COMPANY FROM SUING IN COURT OR HAVING A JURY TRIAL.
No Representative Actions. You and the Company agree that any dispute or claim between us, including those arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services, is personal to you and the Company and that any dispute will be resolved solely through individual action, and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action, or any other type of representative proceeding.
Arbitration of Disputes. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by contacting us through the Contact Us page. In the unlikely event that the Company is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction (or if we have not been able to resolve a dispute after attempting to do so informally), except for individual actions in small claims court, you and the Company agree to waive your rights to a jury trial and to have any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to any aspect of the relationship between us resolved through binding arbitration. Disputes include, but are not limited to, those arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services, and those related to advertising, privacy, data security, and the use of our website.
Arbitration Procedures. For any dispute that you have against the Company, you will first contact the Company by sending a written notice of your dispute through the Contact Us page. The notice must include your name, residence address, email address, and telephone number; describe the nature and basis of the dispute; and set forth the specific relief sought. The statute of limitations and any filing fee deadlines shall be tolled for thirty (30) days from the date that either you or the Company first sends the applicable notice so that the parties can engage in this informal dispute resolution process. If you and the Company cannot reach an agreement to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after notice is provided, then either party may submit the dispute to binding confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). All disputes submitted to AAA will be resolved through binding arbitration before one arbitrator.
Opt Out of Arbitration. You have the right to opt out of binding arbitration within thirty (30) days of the date you first accepted the terms of this section by sending a written notice of opt-out to the Company through the Contact Us page. In order to be effective, the opt-out notice must include your full name and address and clearly indicate your intent to opt out of binding arbitration.
11. No Warranty
THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS, DOCUMENTS, OR FORMS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SITE OR THE MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SITE OR THE MATERIALS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE OR IN RELIANCE ON THE MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
OBTAINING ANY MATERIALS THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, OR SOFTWARE.
12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws
When accessing the Company's website or using our Services, you agree to obey the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Your use of the Services and the Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding copyright and other intellectual property ownership. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any information or content in violation of any third party's copyrights or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright ownership and use of intellectual property, and you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringements of third-party rights caused by any content you provide or transmit.
14. Inappropriate Content
When accessing the Site or using the Company's Services, you agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that: (i) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening; (ii) advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law or regulation; or (iii) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. The Company reserves the right to terminate or delete such material from its servers. The Company will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms or of any applicable laws.
15. Personal Use
The Site is made available for your personal use on your own behalf.
16. Children
Minors are not eligible to use the Site and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.
17. Governing Law; Venue
Any dispute arising from these Terms and your use of the Services or the Site will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be heard in small claims court will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware. You consent to personal and exclusive jurisdiction in these courts.
18. Copyrights and Intellectual Property
All Site design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, Copyright © Digvel Inc. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, page headers, custom graphics, and button icons, is the property of Digvel Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time, at the Company's sole and absolute discretion, without notice or liability.
20. Acknowledgement
BY USING THE COMPANY'S SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
